Please follow the snake when youre in traffic. When you decide to break the leaders line and go the opposite direction, cars will be "thrown" at every bike thats coming behind you. I wish i could explain it better but hopefully you get it. 1 line in traffic....

Your balance can be lost at any time bro. It’s just an overall bad habit. On the corner, your RPMs were extremely high for the curve. Get on a high gear and ese into it out of the corner, once out then drop the gear.
